Nissan NOTE, black driven by female
Seen at 04:45pm on 08-Mar-2010 on A120 Ramsey (Nr Harwich) Essex
Behind a P&O lorry going towards Ramsey in Essex, trailing traffic behind me. Nissan NOTE comes from no where and tries to overtake me and lorry (bearing in mind this a very low powered car, so not sensible, plus mine is 2.0 and this is normal one lane A road). No space in front of me for them to pull in, I have to let them in but barely any space, they then proceed to hold me up by staying behind the lorry, so no idea why they tried to overtake if they had no intention of passing the lorry.
