Nissan NX, black driven by unknown
Seen at 10:00am on 05-Feb-2010 on Anthonys Way A289 Gillingham Kent
wouldn't allow me to change lane approaching r/bout.
When i did (had been indicating for a while)driver tried to overtake on right then braked and cut behind and undertook on left. Car cut in front of me and braked hard causing me to skid.
Driver stopped car and waited.
When moved off driver did same approaching next r/bout. Braked very hard short of r/bout in left lane causing me to do same. An artic behind me had to swerve into right lane to miss my van and the other car.
