Incident is more than just listed. His offences include:
Cutting me up, driving too close (in front, on purpose), erratic lane changing, dangerous overtaking, dangerous driving and extremely aggressive and abusive behaviour.

Driving down the M4 this motorcyclist with pillion cruised up on the outside of my van.he wasn't alongside as i saw him in rear view and side mirror. He hovered around I indicated to pull out i waited he neither accelerated or ped off , waited and then slowly moved out and then back to middle. Motorcycle Yamaha 50 Speedy, blue driven by male

Many occasions i have seen this moped rider with L plates speeding, lane hogging, being unsteady and the vehicle in overall bad condition with the brakes squeaking very badly and eratic braking from the rider.

On Brant Road (30mph), overtook me well in excess of 60mph and did the same to the car infront (corsa) but infront of a speed camera, he then slammed his brakes on almost hitting the corsa.

Driving far to slow on the a3 70mph limit he was doing 35mph, in the fast lane!
Then we came off the A3 for him to not indicate and speed off in a 20mph zone.

Motorcycle driving (literally) less than a metre from everyone's bumpers at 60MPH because he can't wait 5 seconds. Highly dangerous!!

On the A1 before junction 7 at Stevenage at around 19:07, a driver on a motorcycle was weaving in and out of traffic, speeding and not caring for other road users. This person saw cars/vans changing lanes and just swerved around them either overtaking or undertaking, with no care to theirs or his own safety. A scooter - learner driver. Speeding and tailgating! overtaking against oncoming traffic, giving the finger when beeped and then running a red light at Swanwick marina .
At least he (probably) will soon be a useful organ donor if he keeps riding like that. As long as he doesn't get too mashed up under a truck.

Motorcycle Moped, unknown driven by male

Motorcyclist was driving in the green designated cyclist lane across the length of Blackfriars bridge and crossing over to New Bridge Street, continuing in the cycle lane even when it sparates completely from the main road (cycle lane on it's own, divided by barriers from main road), and only leaving the cycle lane when it ends heading onto Farringdon street.

This motorcyclist thinks it is perfectly OK to swerve infront of cyclists in the cyclists lane. then swerve in and out of slow moving traffic - what an IDIOT.
When confronted he did not see that he had done anything wrong. Since when were motorcyclists allowed in the cycling lane?

This biker over took me on the M25 approaching the Juction with the M3 on the anti-clock side. I had been in the slow lane for at least a mile before the incident. The traffic on the reast of the moterway was slow, but as we approached the slip road the traffic was clear. The bike accelerated to around 70mph and I followed. Motorbike.Moped driver.Young male with L plates on. Driving aggresively. Went the WRONG WAY round a traffic calming thing in the middle of the road, meaning he was on the WRONG SIDE OF THE ROAD in busy traffic, then cut me up. He then continued on round sharp corners on the wrong side of the road .IDIOT!

the driver of this motorcycle is a danger to himself and everyone else on the road. changes lanes when he felt like it with no indication or consideration of anyone else, he cut us up and nearly caused at least two other accidents that we SAW of.

I'd pulled up for red light at pedestrian crossing, woman and children waiting to cross. They heard motorcyclist racing up behind me, so they didn't cross.
