yes I pulled out onto the A46 (60mph limit), but this one was NOT in view when I did. However as i saw them approaching rapidly, I accelerated hard upto 60mph. However they still insisted on overtaking and depsite oncoming traffic, thus I now had to brake again to avert a collision! When in front of me, they slowed to 50mph, baiting me to overtake them, but I didn't!

WHAT A MORON!! Thinks it's really clever to drive whilst using a mobile phone (not hands-free!) whilst speeding in the fast lane and tailgating.

My partner (I was passenger) was driving her silver Ford Fiesta northbound on Dyce Drive. A Mitsubishi Warrior (SY06 0XV) pulled out of Pitmedden Road (north side) leaving almost no gap. My partner had to brake *very* sharply to avoid a collision.

Very impatient driver, tail gated me when he wasn't able to cut in on the first occasion. Continued to tail gate, a bus pulled over into the lane next to me therefore I was unable to move over, driver then drove on the wrong side of the road in heavy traffic & cut me up while braking hard. He narrowly missed the front of my car & was a danger to all drivers.
