Seen at 08:30pm on 29-Nov-2007 on A518, A442 Hortonwood/Telford Shropshire
On the A518 near Hortonwood Industrial estate. Turned LEFT on to Hortonwood 37 negotiating roundabout at speed. This is a 50 mph zone.
On the quarter mile stretch to the next roundabout where he turned LEFT (in a 40 mph zone) I guaged the car to have travelled in excess of 70 mph. Having turned LEFT on to Hortonwood 30 the car then passed a purple or brown Nissan Micra. I guaged it's speed alon ......... read the full report
