Blue small van on A30. Outraged because I had pulled out safely to overtake a lorry. He drove up behind me falshing lights and beeping. After letting him pass he pulled in front of me and proceeded to brake and then speed up and brake causing me to genuinely fear for my life. He was so close to me. struck my parked car, whilst parking on grovelands rd reading, berks uk. the vehicle in question, already had extensive damage on all 4 corners, and shunted boot areas!. the dust of my paint was still on the front offside bumper. its rear offside wheel was parked 2ft on the pedestrian pavement!
